Bill is a native of Richmond, Virginia where he entered the financial services industry
in 1965.
A graduate of the University of Virginia, Bill has broad
experience in Wealth Management practices in both consultative
and management capacities.
Credentials include the Chartered Financial Consultant
designation as well as Personal Investments, Advanced Pension
Planning, Advanced Estate Planning, and Financial Counseling
Certificates.
He has also served as an officer for numerous professional
associations and as a national board member of the Financial
Planning Association, where he chaired the Ethics Committee.
Active in his local homeowners association, he lives with
his wife in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Manuela Tyler, a native of Wuerzburg, Germany
received an Associate's Degree and worked as a legal secretary
in Germany.
After moving to Fayetteville, NC in 1994, she received her Associate Degree
in business administration and graduated with honors from Fayetteville
Technical Community College.
Manuela joined Fortune Management in 2000 where she oversees all administrative
operations as Office Manager.
She makes her home with her family in North Raleigh.
